This tuna pasta bake is a quick and easy dinner, low in fat and doesn’t compromise on taste!

Ingredients
300gwholemeal pasta
1/2medium broccolichopped
1tinsweetcornin water
1red pepperchopped
200gtinned tunadrained
1tinchopped tomatoes
1tspdried herbs
60gcheddar cheesegrated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C / 375 degrees F / Gas 5.
Cook pasta to the packet instructions. When it has a couple of minutes left, add the broccoli to the pot. Drain and transfer the pasta and broccoli to a baking dish.
Add sweetcorn, pepper, tuna, tomatoes, and mixed herbs to the dish and mix well.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake for 15 mins until the cheese is golden.
