Nutty date bites
Using nature’s candy, these moreish date bites will satisfy sweet cravings and give you energy.

pitted dates

raw unsalted peanuts

sea salt
Instructions
Start by softening your dates by soaking them for about 10 minutes in hot water.
Place the dates, peanuts and a pinch of sea salt in a food processor and blend on a high until the mix starts to come together and form a ball.
Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into small balls. The mixture should make about 12 balls.
Place in a container and keep in the fridge to enjoy when you need a pick-me-up.

You can use any nuts you fancy, or a mix – we love adding almonds and cashews.
