Nutty date bites
Using nature’s candy, these moreish date bites will satisfy sweet cravings and give you energy.

Ingredients
- 200 g pitted dates
- 110 g raw unsalted peanuts
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Start by softening your dates by soaking them for about 10 minutes in hot water.
- Place the dates, peanuts and a pinch of sea salt in a food processor and blend on a high until the mix starts to come together and form a ball.
- Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into small balls. The mixture should make about 12 balls.
- Place in a container and keep in the fridge to enjoy when you need a pick-me-up.
