Ingredients
40grolled oats
1tsphoney
2tbspnatural fat-free yoghurt
90mlsemi-skimmed milk
1tbsppeanut butter
80gmangodiced
Instructions
The night before your breakfast, mix the oats, honey, yoghurt and milk together in a glass or jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with the peanut butter and fruit. Loosen with some more milk if needed.

Tips and tweaks:Try adding chia seeds for a pudding like texture or if you’re vegan just swap the milk and yoghurt for a dairy-free choice and the honey for agave nectar.
