Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 wholemeal muffin
  • 1 tbsp caramelised onion chutney

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.   
  • In a saucepan over a medium heat scramble the eggs for 3-5 minutes until cooked.  
  • Toast the muffin and spread one side with the chutney.  
  • Add the egg to the bun and enjoy!  

Notes

Tips and tweaks: Want to get in an extra portion of veg? Add some slow roasted tomatoes and rocket to serve.
