- 2 eggs
- 1 wholemeal muffin
- 1 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.

- Toast the muffin and spread one side with the chutney.
- Add the egg to the bun and enjoy!
