Wrap Pizza
For those times when you’ve got a hankering for pizza, these will hit the spot and add a boost of fibre to your day too.

Ingredients
- 4 wholemeal tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 100 g reduced fat cheddar grated
- 1 tomato sliced
- salad leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
- Place the tortillas on a baking tray and spread 1 tablespoon of tomato puree over each.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is browning at the edges.
- Serve topped with the sliced tomato and salad leaves.
