Tuna pasta bake
This tuna pasta bake is a quick and easy dinner, low in fat and doesn’t compromise on taste!

Ingredients
- 300 g wholemeal pasta
- 1/2 medium broccoli chopped
- 1 tin sweetcorn in water
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 200 g tinned tuna drained
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 60 g cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C / 375 degrees F / Gas 5.
- Cook pasta to the packet instructions. When it has a couple of minutes left, add the broccoli to the pot. Drain and transfer the pasta and broccoli to a baking dish.
- Add sweetcorn, pepper, tuna, tomatoes, and mixed herbs to the dish and mix well.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake for 15 mins until the cheese is golden.

Tweaks and tips: Add as many different vegetables as you like – spinach or kale pack a punch of nutrients and colour!
